Q: What
are the procedures to be followed that will help me start my treatment?
A: Please click on the Contact us link to go to the page and follow the instructions given in the page.You can also let us know about your problem via email or the various other means listed there.To get a detailed information about your treatment you have to send us your detailed Lab Analysis, CT Scan or MRI imaging or any other diagnostic materials that can be helpful for us to correctly assess your condition.We advice patients to undergo a PET/CT scan to ensure that whether there are any other secondary metastasis in the body.

P.S:- We recommend that the patient undergo a PET/CT Scan in China because:
1.The reports will be in Chinese which will help the doctors to proceed fast with the diagnosis. 2.PET/CT detects secondary malignant tumors in the body which might go unnoticed in other tests. 3.PET/CT can detect tumors of diameter as small as 5 mm. 4.The cost for the test here is relatively cheaper than other places. (9500 RMB)
Q: What should i prepare if i want to come for the treatment?
A: a) For your Visa Requirements please check with your local China Consulate or Embassy.Your passport should be at least 6 months from the expiry date. It is advisable to ask for multiple entry with 60 days stay per entry.Your treatment stay may vary from 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending upon your condition.Please allow for at least 4 working days to get your visa.
b) Mode of payments is mainly by cash.Overseas credit card acceptance by the hospital is under consideration. Bank transfer from overseas bank is also possible.You can also open a bank account with the Bank Of China in Guangzhou which is very simple and takes only a day.
Q: I have medical insurance. Will I be able to claim for
treatments done at the hospital?
A: You will need to know the terms of your insurance policy. Our hospital is a properly registered hospital. If your insurance allows for claims outside of your country of residence then it should not be a problem. Our overseas patients have successfully been reimbursed by their insurance companies. Please bring the claim form with you – it will be good to have a few copies to make allowance for any errors.
Q: How do I go to the hospital?
A: If you are coming by air the
best is to arrange to fly to Guangzhou International airport. Please let us know about your flight arrival time and
our staff will pick you up from the airport. If
you are coming by any other way please let us know then we
will help you accordingly. Q: I have family members who are accompanying me.
Where can they stay?
A: In our hospital it is one room one patient policy. We have one extra bed put into the room for accompanying family members to use. There is no extra charge for this. If you have more than one family member accompanying you, we can arrange for hotel stay nearby the hospital which is within walking distance. Please
contact us for more details. Q: What about food?We are very particular about food.
Are there any facilities for us to prepare our own food?
A: Food is not provided in the hospital because of the
varying expectations about food. There is a kitchen where you can prepare your own food.There is a fresh market and supermarket near to the hospital. Food can also be ordered from nearby restaurants.
